The Peak Performance for Aspiring Leaders Program was established in 2013 to target full-time federal employees grades GS/7 to GS/12 in order to offer opportunities for development and leadership training for aspiring leaders. The P3 program consists of 21 classes and workshop dates which are scheduled throughout the calendar year and delivered beginning in January and continuing through September. These classes concentrate on developing aspiring leaders by evolving their oral communication, written communication, public service, self-direction, problem solving, and decision making, along with many other leadership competencies vital for effective leadership.

The Atlanta Federal Executive Board (FEB) did not hold a P3 class for 2019 due to the shut down. The application and selection period for the 2020 class will begin in October 2019. Thank you for your patience.
