The FEB Strategic Partnerships Council serves as the primary resource for the FEB in matters related to intergovernmental and interagency collaboration and community outreach. The Council collaborates with other Federal, State, and Local entities to identify resources in the form of support, assistance, communication mechanisms, and partnerships to enhance the networks ability to strengthen communication and collaboration among the Atlanta Metro Federal Communities. This strategic goal advances local and national initiatives through intergovernmental and interagency collaboration and community outreach.


Combined Federal Campaign

The Combined Federal Campaign (CFC) is a nearly 60-year federal workplace giving tradition that has raised more than $8.4 billion for charitable organizations. It is one of the largest workplace giving campaigns in the world. The 2019 FFF campaign kicks off June 26th and runs through August 9th.  USDA will lead the campaign again with support from the CHCO Council.

White House Initiative on Asian American Pacific Islander (WHIAAPI)

WHIAAPI Southeast Network works to build relationships with the Asian American and Pacific Islander (AAPI) community and community-based organizations that support the AAPI population. November 3, 2015 – North Miami, Florida In partnership with the White House Initiative on Asian Americans & Pacific Islanders (WHIAAPI) – Southern Region, the Asian American Federation of Florida (AAFF) hosted the first WHIAAPI Roundtable on Saturday, October 24 at the NANAY Community Center in North Miami. The purpose of the WHIAAPI Roundtable is to bridge the gap between the AAPI community and the federal government so the local AAPI community would have opportunities to meet various federal agencies for better understanding of federal policies and services as well as to increase AAPI’s participation. Over 50 community leaders and members attended the first WHIAAPI Roundtable representing the Chinese, Filipino, Indian, Japanese, Korean, Nepali, Thai, and Vietnamese communities.

United States Council on Ending Homelessness: Opening Doors

The Strategic Partnership Council is working with US Interagency Council on Ending Homelessness 19 federal agencies to end homelessness in Region 4. This team is working to eliminate the incidence of homelessness among veterans, families with children, youth, and chronic homeless.

Sustainability: Planning for Federal Sustainability in the Next Decade

The Executive Order 13693 Workgroup is being led by the Environmental Protection Agency (EPA) and General Service Administration (GSA). This group works as a collective to identify and provide guidance on best practices in energy, environmental water, fleet, buildings, and acquisition management for federal agencies in region 4.
